Sharing a data model between Embedded and Pro workspaces

Hi,

Our company is working on 1 data model to service multiple goals.

1. Embedded workspace > Reports used in a customer application

2. Pro workspace > Internal reports used by employees.

The embedded capacity is not active 24/7 because this is not required, but it does require the data model to be placed in that workspace. I would like the internal reports to use the same data model for efficiency reasons and to be available 24/7, but it's not possible to access the model from the embedded workspace when the capacity is offline.

Is there any solution apart from running the embedded capacity 24/7 and placing all data models in that workspace?

Hi @jkeizer 

Yeah one option is to run it 24/7

The other option is to look at Power BI Premium where you can embed it into an application as well as let your internal customers use it too.
