Shared dataset

Hi,

I am playing with the new features for sharing dataset accross workspace and I wa wondering: 

Is it possible to disable only the endorsment to promoted ? Or maybe to limit it to specific users ? I was hoping I could do this using the contributor role but it does not work.  If Contributors cannot share items or apps, why can they promote and possibly also certify Dataset ?

Also I created a report using a dataset from workspace A and published it in Workspace B. When I delete the report, I still the shared dataset in the Workspace B but I cannot delete it. Is there a workaround to be able to delete it ?
