SharePoint data credentials accepted - but no data is loaded anyhow

Hi BI fam,

I am experiencing a weird issue.

I have a dataset mixed with Sharepoint online & SQL sources.

A few days ago i published my report and updated the SQL source with a gateway & logged in via OAUTH under data source credentials for the Sharepoint sources. All worked great. I enabled a daily refresh for the report because of the Sharepoint sources ( I run direct query on the SQL) so its a mixed storage mode report.

Today i noticed that the data from the sharepoint sources are missing from my report. (some of them, the ones that are updated hourly, and written to a .csv file in a sharepoint folder). When i refresh on desktop, there is no issue, i load the data effortlessly.

When i press "edit credentials" under data source credentials - i get a check mark that everything was applied succesfully, however i still have my X's under gateway, and data is still not loaded in the publish report.

Has anyone experienced a similiar issue or knows where i might go wrong?

Thanks in advance

Best regards

Kristian

Hi, so i enabled the checkbox under my gateway - but the issue is still the same - do you have any further suggestions?

The credentials are also the same in the desktop file as in the online service... i re-created a report with only 1 sharepoint source and 1 sql source, but the problem still persists

A bit of clarification -

If i refresh my report in desktop mode and publish it from here - there data from sharepoint is showing.

The data only becomes missing when refreshing the point from the powerbi online services.
