SharePoint: Request failed: _api/contextinfo

I have a Power BI dataset that reads in a large number of csv files from a SharePoint Site.  I have it refresh only once a day.  the refresh fails almost everyday now.. it runs perfectly fine on my desktop ..  There is a single file in this folder... I am using the out of the box SharePoint FOlder connector to read in files from this folder and several others.  The other folders have a lot of files and I combine them all...

The error is not consistent, in that sometimes I just restart the refresh and it works...

Hi @Ray_Brosius ,

I can't reproduce your issue. Would you please try to clear the  SharePoint credentials in power bi desktop and recreate it again? (File->Options and Settings->Data Source Settings->Clear Permission)

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.

Best Regards,

Dedmon Dai
