Hello all,
I have connected SharePoint images in a dataset to display the employee photos, which are stored in teams, in a report. These are also loaded for a large part of the colleagues, but not for all. For some, the images are only loaded in Edge, for some only in Chrome. For some not at all. Also, for example, no photos are loaded on the iPhone for anyone.
What could be a solution for that issue?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Hi @PBI_User_PS
Did you compare the differences between the colleagues who can see pictures and colleagues who can't see pictures ? How do you let your colleagues see your report ? If you embed a report web part in SharePoint Online , users or groups need access to both the SharePoint Online page and the report in the Power BI app to see the report on the SharePoint page. You can troubleshoot based on my above questions. I also searched an official document for you ,you can refer to it .

Hello @v-yetao1-msft ,
thank you for your answer. I will now embed the report in our sharepoint site. I'll report back if this fixed the problem. Otherwise, I suspect that as @_sfrost explained, it's not possible to view the images because the link is not provided anonymously. Thanks!
Hello @_sfrost
thanks for the fast answer!
But why some of my colleagues can see the pictures in the report and some can't? This is confusing for me?
Unfortunately, we can't use the solution you suggested due to privacy policy within our company. Thanks anyway!
As per the official documentation, it will not work if the link requires authentication. it needs to be accessible anonymously. You can try with embed code as suggested.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, we cannot make the link available to everyone. That would lead to privacy issues. But as a result, I now know that this way does not currently work. Thank you! Have a nice day!
