SharePoint Online Lists data source- simplest refresh method

Hi,

I have a PBI report that just uses three SharePoint Online lists as it's only data sources, and I've embedded this report onto a SharePoint Online page. What's the simplest way to get it to refresh either:

1. Everytime someone visits the SharePoint page i.e. on SharePoint Online page load, or
2. Upon forced SharePoint page refresh i.e. by clicking on the browser's refresh icon, or
3. Everytime a change is made on any of the lists

I can see videos on YouTube for adding a refresh button onto the visual using Power Automate, but hoping there is a simpler, more user-intuitive, way.
