Share Report - Strange problem

Hi everybody,

I've a strange problem when I share my report in Power BI.

I've power Bi Pro and also the user the user I wnat to share with.

I've completed succesfully the operation of sharing (the platform say to me "Artifact type sharing has been completed") but the user has not received anithing to enter in the report.

What is the problem?

Tks a lot

hi @Max_Broglia

Please click "Send email notification to recipients" before share.

Then there will be a email in their mailbox as below:

When recipients in your organization click the link, Power BI adds the dashboard or report to their Shared with me list page. They can select your name to see all the content you've shared with them.

hi @Max_Broglia

Please check that if it is defined as spam or into other folder in the mailbox.

and if you could try to share to another user to see if it works well.
