Hi, @chetan8080
Thank you very much for your reply! Based on the information you provide, there really is no problem with your report and it is not related to the workspace. This may be due to your administrator turning off the feature and making it unusable. Here are some workarounds:
1. Your tenant administrator may have turned off Fabric-related features. Since Data Activator is part of Fabric, you may not be able to see this feature.
Turn on:
2. Use dashboards: You can try pinning visuals into one dashboard and then setting up alerts for them. This method does not rely on Data Activator and may help you solve the problem.

Hi, @chetan8080
If your report does not contain visuals supported by Data Activator, the button will disappear automatically. Based on the screenshot information you provided, you are using the Workspace app and your license is Premium, which means that you can use the alert feature of the report.
Here is a brief description of the testing process:
1.Make sure your report contains visuals supported by Data Activator.

Set an alert in the report and see if the button is displayed normally. Here is my test:

Thank you for replying @Anonymous
I am trying to set alerts for matrix visual
I was able to do it couple of days ago, the option disappeared for me, I still hold Pro license
Hi, @chetan8080
Thank you very much for your reply! Next, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Try creating a new simple report and publishing it to your current workspace. This report can just contain a simple matrix to see if the function is working.
2. If you have other workspaces, you can try publishing the report to other workspaces and see if the feature works.
3. If you report a reproduction of the problem, please describe it to me, and I will try to reproduce it and provide a solution.
With these steps, we can better locate the problem. If you encounter any difficulties along the way, please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to help!

Hi @chetan8080,
Have you double checked the settings menu and check if you can see the alerts/manage them over there?
Edit: Ignore my first suggestion (the above link).
Can you try My Workspace > My Power BI Alerts instead?
