Service not publishing

Hi, I am able to open up desktop and publish to a workspace, but when I open up www.powerbi.com and try to publish the app - it doesn't do anything - just looks like its publishing but nothing happens.  Its been like this for today and yesterday - has anyone else had this?  Is the service down?

This is a known issue. Engineers are working on a fix and expect it to be deployed by end-of-day 5/26/19.iss.PNG
