Hi All,

I started facing an issue today where I cannot view my published dashboard or report or dataset. When I try to open it, it just keeps loading to infinity. Only images show up and all the visuals and slicers just keeps loading. I tried republishing and overwriting using desktop but it also keeps loading, previously I was able to overwrite in less than a minute.

Power BI health status doesn't show any distuption in North America.

Please help.

It seems like a known issue, please check power bi support to know more about this issue:

We are experiencing a temporary issue where some users may not be able to update their Apps or Content packs. Engineers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. Next Update by 08/25/2017 11:00 PST
We are experiencing a temporary issue where users who are using web.page function in their queries will not be able to refresh data sets. Engineers have identified the issue and are in the process of applying the fix. Next update by 08/25/2017 12:00 PST
