Server Not Refreshing

Is anyone else encountering an issue with their POWER BI reports not refreshing? My reports have a last refresh date of 3/29 at 5:52am. We have opened service tickets but haven't gotten any help. Can anyone help? I need to run my reports but I need the most recent data.
