Sensitivity label error

HI , 

 

I am not bale to publish any report and also not able to open report which has has sensitibity lable defined in power bi desktop .in power bi services as well i am not able to export the report and it giving error sensitivity label can't be defined.

it has occured suddenly.

Please let mem knoiw if any one has idea about this.

Hi, @ilakumari 

Make sure Power BI Desktop is up to date. An outdated version might not handle sensitivity labels correctly. You can download the latest version from the Microsoft Power BI website.

 

Confirm that you have the required permissions to apply sensitivity labels and access the report. Lack of proper permissions can cause problems when publishing and exporting reports.

 

Sometimes, the problem can stem from a temporary service outage or outage. Check the Power BI service status to make sure there are no ongoing issues that could affect your ability to publish or export reports.
