Sending Emails to the subscribers only when records are available in PBI report sheets

Hello All,

 One small query. Is it possible to send the subscribers the Email only when the records are available in PBI reports,  

else not to send untill the reports get populated with the records.

You can add Alert . When the data is changed, the alert email will be sent.

                  In the mail you could able to see the report snaps with the records along with the go to report option.  In that snap shot if you could able to see the records that's fine. If no record is there then no mail with the snap shot should be sent to the subscriber!! Is there a way to achieve it apart from alerting system which you have replied??

Maybe there is no records, while the dataset is still exist, if the data is changed, the alert will be sent.
