Hello,
Background
- I have a semantic model that uses parameters for the SQL Sever and Database. I use these to flick between Dev, Test and Live Databases / Servers.
- I've published this to a workpsace on the service and I can go into the semantic model settings and change the parameters and it works.
- There is only 1 other person in the workspace who also has the same permissions as me (admin)
- The workspace is a Pro workspace
- Dataset is using a On-Prem Gateway to access data and all the relevant data sources are set up correctly and user assinged accordingly.
Problem
- The other user (admin permissions) within workspace cannot change these parameters within the service as the option is greyed out.
Can anybody help? Am I missing some obsecure settings?

No, you are not missing anything. Currently, only the person that configured the semantic model can change certain settings. The other user would have to take over the settings of the semantic model in order to change anything. Howerver when they do that, they'll have to re-configure all the credential settings for the data sources. There might be another way using the REST APIs, but I am not aware of it.
