Hey evryone!

Is it possible to connect an internal Database of an organization to PowerBi

Do Publish and not upload the information to the Azure cloud?

You could this this with DirectQuery, whilst this works it could be very slow due to the underlying database taking all the load.

You could also look at Power BI Report server where everything is hosted locally?

Or you could create a SQL Server Analysis Services Tabular Database locally and then connect to this SSAS database via the Gateway?

Second if I have a client who has a free account, and he does Publish
His data  also go to the cloud?
