Scorecard Submetrics not working with Hierarchies

Here is the setup:

I have a scorecard that utilizes both hierarchies and a series of metrics that are set up to get the average of their submetrics.

When no hierarchy is selected, the submetrics load and the average of those works fine as you can see here:

When the hierachy is then selected, you can see the submetric values update properly but the main metric that should be pulling that average is blank. 

I would imagine this should show the average of any filtered data in the submetrics. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Again, this only happens when a hierarchy is picked.
