I am a trying to schedule an automatic refresh of a visual. I would like to schedule it using a OneDrive or O365 data source and a visual that has been published to the service from the desktop. I am unable to point to the data source on One Drive from the desktop. That displays a message "Access to the resource is forbidden". I then tried creating a visual from the Serivice using the One Drive data source and that worked. However, when I tried to schedule a refresh the featured is unavailable/grayed out.
Hi @Anonymous ,
The above error could occur when using wrong log-in option to connect to OneDrive.
If your site is Office365, please enter organizational credential. If your site is on premise, use Windows credentials. In addition, make sure that you use the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
