Hello All,
I have 3 different database (Mysql- azure) connected to my dataset. I can perform refresh on Power BI desktop with no issues however, When I try to schedule refresh on Power BI service ( browser) one of the database is not allowing me to sign in because its giving SSL required error. The connection is encypted and its working perfectly on the desktop. I also setup personal gateaway so it is done as well.
Any idea what could be the issue ?

Hi @Yusuf
If this database has got additional security settings you will have to use a Gateway to connect and refresh the data
Thank you Gilbert, I did it and it worked 🙂
Created gataway on premises and connected my databases there than it worked.
