HI there,
I was trying to set a scheduled refresh on the PBI service, but I found that there is an issue in the connection related to my credentials as in the screenshot
But every time I put my credentials; I get this error message:
Do you think this problem is related to the database access permission?
But I already connected on the desktop!
Appretiate your help and advises.

Hi @Hadill ,
According to your error, it seems that you cannot provide all the credentials for datsource. Please check and provide the correct credentials.
1. In power Bi services, enter the report's workspace, find the gear button in the top right corner, select the settings in it, and find the dataset. A list will appear in the list, which contains the datasets of the reports that you have encountered problems
2. By clicking the data set, find the part of data source credentials on the right, check whether the data source fails, and a circle will be displayed.
3. You must have administrator acess into workspace to set the credentials into gateway which has configured.

It seems the SQL server is not reachable from the gateway server, pleace test the connectivity or reach out to your network team to open required ports
