Hello guys,
I am building a dashboard right now and have some data sources on a SQL server. One table contains more than 6 million rows, so I thought that I split this table in two different tables for a faster updating in the night.
I have the data from 2013 till 2018 which I want to load one time in Desktop. This table shouldn´t be updated in Service then anymore.
The second table contains the YTD sales data, which should be updated every night.
So in Desktop I saw the function "Include in report refresh" which I want to disable for the first table. Is that possible to do that in Power BI Service as well?
Thanks and greetings,
Christopher
Hi Christopher,
I would suggest you take a look at the incremental refresh capabilities of Power BI as to my knowledge the "Include in report refresh" only applies to Power BI desktop.

I haven't seen anything on the roadmap but if you feel it's a necessary feature, go vote for the idea
