Scheduled Refresh in PBI Embedded

Hello.

I'm currently using pbi embedded and what happens is that we were having some trouble with resource governing with scheduled refreshes failing in some reports at 10 am due to lack of capacity, although they worked at other times during the day (the same reports).

Since we've scheduled another refresh for 9:30am for these reports we haven't been getting any errors at all. It seems that some load has been taken from the 10am refresh somehow. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

Hi. Well capacity has a limit of memory and refreshes at the same time. If there is at least one more dataset, changing the time of the refresh can help. There are Apps on the Service that can help measure capacity. You can also use the rest API to check all refreshes at capacity to order to monitor.

I hope that helps,
