Scheduled Refresh Failes / Manual Works

Hi

 

I see that some people have has this same issue but the solution does not appear to be something that I can do onsite.  Manual refresh works but not the scheduled ones.  Here is the relevant screen grab

Can anybody offer up a suggested approach to fix this?  Thanks

I have similar issue. we have total 3 dashboards ,gateway is working for 2 dashboards but giving error for 3rd one.

I am able to refresh manually but through gateway it is failing ,any suggestions?

It was running successfully since long but suddenly giving error.

Update.

 

I uninstalled both the personal and on-site gateways; gave a good clean up with CC cleaner, reboot and downloaded and reinstalled the on-site GW only.  Now appears to working [for the last 3 refresh attempts anyway.

Are you sure that the data gateway is up and running during the period of schedule refresh?

Please also try to update the data gateway to latest version 14.16.6390.2.

You can also try to re-publish the report to see if it works.

If issue still persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
