Schedule Refresh not working

Hi,

 

We have an enterprise gateway correctly configured and up and running (I tested the connection status from PowerBI service).

 

I have a dashboard published through a content pack. However, when I schedule the refresh this doesn't apply. I put the correct timezone and yet no attempts to be refreshed show up on the refresh history.

 

The only attempts that show up are the "On demand" refresh, which succeeded.

 

Anyone experiencing this issue?

@lo_p_ez do you mean you have obtained a copy of content pack created by someone else ? If yes then it is the owner of content pack's responsibility to keep that dataset refreshed.

 

If you're the owner of content pack and has published dashbaord then use this guide to troubleshoot enterprise gateway and this to schedule refresh. also do you get any errors.
