I have a pro licence, I am an admin (owner) of the Power Bi workspace among other 3 pro licence staff, as well as owner of the sharepoint where the power bi desktop file is storaged. However when I have published the power bi file to online services and trying to save a copy of the report the option is greyed out. Can someone help me please?

Well I got Build permission as I am a member of the power bi workspace, for some reason the Save a copy option didn't work on its normal place however I have found a work around by using the linked services (within view lineage).
Thank you for your help.

Does the dataset include a data source with incremental refresh?

There were restrictions a while back that prevented the pbix download in such scenarios. Some of these restrictions have been lifted, others are still in place.
