Row level security - Access denied problem

Hi Microsoft Community,

I have one doubt about the row level security dataset.

What happened was that one of the VPs met with an power bi demo.

He gets access denied because he doesn't have the permission on the underlying dataset. This access denied problem thing is happening only to him not others.

Please find the screenshot below,

For this reason, he is not able to view the visuals on Emedded website.

Could you please help with this ? Why is this happening? How to solve?

Is that VP part of the workspace where that report is published? Is he part of a role in the RLS rules, either via his email or by being part of a security group? Is the VP supposed to be constrained by RLS, or should be be able to see everything?
