Row header not freezing in power bi service

Hi, 

 

Recently I'm facing an issue with row header not freezing in power bi service of a paginated report. But it was working fine previously and also it is working fine in local desktop.

Hi  @Poovarasan ,

 

Excuse me, do you mean power bi desktopor power bi Report Builder when you say Local desktop. Because the Paginated Report is an .rdl file, Power BI Desktop only supports the .pbix format.

Yes, I am facing issue in Power BI report builder only and i followed the steps whatever that provided in the site. It is working fine in my local Power BI Report builder tool but when i publish the paginated report into service it is not working.
