Reuse the existing Enterprise Gateway name for new gateway

Is it possible to use existing Enterprise Gateway name for newly installed Gateway which is on another computer?

I already have a computer with A named gateway which is installed in these machine. Using these Gateway ,dev and prod reports data refreshing occur with a same service account.So,we are planing use  separte gateway for prod which will install in another machine with same service service account.Can we use same name of Gateway which is A name for newly installing Gateway also?

But we are not stoping the Gateway which is  already running .So whether we can use parallely these two Gatways which is to be installed in diferent computer with same name? please reply....

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think this should work because you installed it on a different computer, the iD of the gateway and the url of the endpoint are different and in the service, even if the names are the same, they can be correctly identified.
