Hi all - hoping for some help
In my organisation, I'd like to be able to build a set of dashboards, and license access for clients to connect to their own database. The connections within the dashboard will assume the client database is in a certain structure.
I can build a PBIX file and share that - but that has then given the intellectual property of the dashboard away. I want to retain this, so customers cannot amend, but allow them to "plug in" their own databases.
If I publish the dashboard to the customer's tenant, they can then download the PBIX file. Any thoughts? Embedded?
Thanks

Hi @thebadger77 ,
If I understand correctly, you can try this:
1. Share your daashboard.
2. Remove access of ralated reports.
Then, others cannot change your dashboard but have access to create new report based on your dataset.
If I misunderstood, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Icey
