Resources Exceeded Error

I have been receiving this "Resources Exceeded" error since yesterday morning. I assumed it was only one dashboard but now I am seeing this for a lot of my dashboards that I have published. I also noticed that my reports are taking a longer time to load than usual. It doesn't make sense why I am receiving this error now because the views that the tiles are connected to have only one row of data, not hundreds of rows. Is this a cause from the scheduled maintanence last weekend?
