Reports in PowerBI App don't get updated/refreshed when I republish them and after app update

Hi guys

I have a PowerBI report with a web connection (Sharepoint Excel) published in BI Service.

After I make some changes to the report in Desktop (add data for another month, change a visual etc) and republish the report in Service - I can see the changes in Service, but not in the PowerBI App.

I clicked on Update app, leave everything as it is in Setup, Content, Audience but still nothing...

Any idea?

Hi. Make sure you don't have any cache or old cookie at the browser after updating the Power Bi App. Once you update it, ask a coleague to open it or use private browsing to check it. I have experience that my browser wasn't showing, but after re refreshing the cache it was the change in there. If you can see the change at the workspace, you should see it after updating the app.

Have this problem for about a week now.. not sure what I am doing wrong..
