we have a situation where in a shared powerbi report that contains a visual that has a bar chart and it uses RLS, Some group of the report viewers are unable to see a bar in the bar chart although they only see the underlying numbers, but they don't see the bars ...what could cause this, in this situation RLS is not the cause as if it was RLS or any permission restriction this group wouldn't see any data from the restricted dataset, How can this be resolved?

 Could you post a screenshot of what the users are seeing and what you would expect them to see?
