Hi,
I have updated my report and app yesterday. After that one matrix table is showing "empty". If I add row totals it will show correct numbers, but values are still empty.
When looking at that table through "Show as table" top part is empty, but bottom part shows numbers. Numbers are there when looking through Desktop application and when viewing report from workspaces in app.powerbi.com.
My colleague doesn't have this problem and he can see numbers on that report.
I have tried to check this report through firefox, chrome and edge on my local PC. Then I used chrome and edge on citrix environment and I can't see those numbers. So I don't think that problem is in my end.
I tried to "re update" app, tried refresh button on report and can't get those numbers to show up. Any ideas why it's happening?

So the report when viewed from the workspace shows the numbers - but when you view it from the app environment - the numbers aren't present?
Did you try this button in the app? Maybe you have some filters saved in it accidently.
If your app has a small distribution - you could also try to unpublish and republish it completely.
Hi @RandomText ,
Please check the setting of Values options in Format pane and validate if the font color and background color are same to cause the data in Values fields are empty...
Best Regards
Rena
Fixed this problem with "reset to default".
Didn't pressed before, because didn't changed anything or filtered. But it fixed.
