Report not visible during presentation

Hi,

I have a PBI Report that I need to present in Powerpoint. 
I can embed this and the report appears in the 'design' view of Powepoint, is dynamic and works quite normally.

Problem is when I then 'present' the presentation, the report doesn't display, I just get what appears to be a blank screen.

The report is clearly there, because if I hover over a point where the report should be displayed, the tooltips get displayed.

It's almost as if the PowerBi Addin refuses to render the report in presentation mode.

I've checked that WebView2 is installed. The file ownership is not set to 'work'.

I'm on a 365 subscription and the most recent build, one that doesn't need the additional regkey.

I've run out of ideas, any suggestions welcome.

Whether your report has a filter, you can check whether it is affected by the filter, or you can try to delete the original PPT page and embed the report in the PPT again

Thanks for the suggestions, sadly neither of those worked.
