How can I get a report of all the errors that occur in Power BI Services for a company. For example, the update could not be carried out, etc. (Refresh failed)   The reports were published with different Power BI Pro licenses.

I think you may try to use the REST API or PowerShell to export the Power BI activity log refer to Track user activities .Then in the exported data, determine whether errors occur according to the value of the IsSuccess attribute in the AuditData column.
