Are there issues with the usage metrics?
I am not seeing any updates for a week.

I have made a test using admin account, however, I couldn't reproduce this issue, the usage metric will change after I modify some reports. For troubleshooting, you may click “Admin Portal”-> "Tenant Settings"-> "Audit and usage settings", then disable "Usage metrics for content creators" and then enable it again(you can select "Delete all existing usage metrics content") as below:
In addtion, if this issue persists, I would suggest you to create a thread in power bi issue forum or create a support ticket to achieve more professtional support.
