Report Refresh in Progress using Gateway

Hello Guys, 

 

I have a problem with the schedualed refresh of my report using gateway on premises

 

I set up all file locations and credintials for my laptop and made a schedualed refresh  at 12:00 

 

But it have been more than half an hour and still it is in progress , although it doesn't take a few seconds manually ( Small dataset ) 

 

So what is the problem ?

    Did you try to refresh it manually the first time? How long does it take?

    Hi Anonymous , did you find the problem of your dataset refresh? I am asking since we have a dataset which uses gateway and some times go in errore without saying nothing and it remains 'In Progress'!

    maybe your experience could help us.
