Report Refresh in Progress using Gateway

Hello Guys, 

I have a problem with the schedualed refresh of my report using gateway on premises

I set up all file locations and credintials for my laptop and made a schedualed refresh  at 12:00 

But it have been more than half an hour and still it is in progress , although it doesn't take a few seconds manually ( Small dataset ) 

So what is the problem ?

Hi @Anonymous , did you find the problem of your dataset refresh? I am asking since we have a dataset which uses gateway and some times go in errore without saying nothing and it remains 'In Progress'!

Did you try to refresh it manually the first time? How long does it take?
