There's not enough memory to complete this operation.
I have a Power BI Dataset published in the Reporting Server, Size of this Dataset is 120 MB. while refreshing I am getting this error Processing error= there's not enough memory to complete this operation. Please try again later when there may be more memory available. It was working until yesterday, usually, the dataset completes a refresh around 10mins on average. 158 MB of 10 GB used in the workspace. It works totally fine in Power BI Desktop, the issue is when it is published. Power BI License - Pro Where can I find memory use in Power BI Server, and how to fix this problem?
Configure SharePoint Database Refresh in Microsoft Team
My PowerBi Desktop had updated to version August 2021 and I had published the completed dashboard into my Microsoft Team's workspace. I went to the setting to configure database refresh, there are only Anonymous and OAuth2 authentication methods available. I tried all the authentication methods, but none of it working. I was still unable to refresh the database from Microsoft Team via Sharepoint List. May I know how I can refresh successfully thru Microsoft Team or is there any alternative resolution? PowerBI App + Azure SQL Database(Serverless, Gen5, 2Vcores) with autopause after 1 hour. PowerBI fetches the data from Azure SQL Database using a SQL view with under 15M records everyday. This refresh takes about 10 minutes to refresh in PowerBI desktop. When I refresh it manually on PowerBi web, It takes under 5 min. Hello Guys, I have a problem with the schedualed refresh of my report using gateway on premises I set up all file locations and credintials for my laptop and made a schedualed refresh at 12:00 But it have been more than half an hour and still it is in progress , although it doesn't take a few seconds manually ( Small dataset ) So what is the problem ?Direct Query Datasets not refreshing
Hello I noticed that some of my Direct Query reports / datasets were not updating upon refresh, and I would have to initiate a refresh in order to get the latest data. In the Settings, I tried to see what was causing this issue and discovered some differences between a dataset that refreshed on its own (every hour) vs. the ones that did not work. Below is the settings for the report that is working correctly. Based on the Cache refresh history, it refreshes every hour. In the other dataset report settings that do not refresh, I do not see the message 'The data gateway is online and your data sources are online' and I do not see 'Scheduled cache refresh' but 'Scheduled refresh' instead as if it was an import. I double checked these datasets and confirmed they are all Direct Query. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks

Hello I have a report which has many data sources some linked to sharepoint folder (folders with excel files inside) and some to web links to a direct excel file online In the desktop version, I was able to refresh the data when I published it, and tried to refresh, it showed me this error, probaly from the sharepoint folder Any help please? Hello all, I'm having trouble with a report I have set up. It's a direct connect to a SQL databse which updates every 15 minutes. I have limited the report to only show data between 6 and and 10pm each day and limited it to only show Todays data in the query. I can see the dataset refreshing within power bi online however when the report hits 10pm it just stops. So the next day if I refresh the dataset is showing as updated but the visuals on the report still only show from the previous day. It means that I need to manually share the report every morning. Has anyone exprienced this before or can you shed some light onto why this would be? Cheers, Graeme
