Report Level Filters

Hello,

I am looking to produce a Power BI dashboard that has a front page with a date range slicer which will then slice across the whole report and not just a single page.

Is it possible to achieve this to date?

I know that you can do report level filters in the desktop version but when you publish it then does not let you do report level filters any more.
