Replacing report file without publishing datasource

Hello PowerBI experts!

I created a report in PowerBI Desktop with a rather large datasource. Therefore publishing takes a long time as it always replaces the datasource. When I make a change to the report I'd like to replace the report file only in the online service without having to publish the whole datasource again and again.

Is there a way to accomplish that?

Thanks for your advice!
JJ

As @MattAllington said, it's not supported currently. If you publish .pbix onto Power BI Services, both reports and dataset will be republished and overwrite existing one. If you only makes few changes on your reports, you can "edit the report" on Power BI Services directly.

Not currently possible. I am sure there is an idea at ideas.powerbi.com to do this (thin workbooks) but I can't find it quickly.
