Repeated refresh failure

I have a report that has been regularly updating without incident.

Recently, it has been failure on this error

An error occured during auto ImageSave: database RPS snapshot was not updated. The database '5ab5f659-7441-492c-bd7d-e6e8efe3ed58' is disabled for scoped connectionsAn error occured during auto ImageSave: database RPS snapshot was not updated. Can someone shed some light on this?

Hi @tonykwan,

Does your database modified recently? Based on error message, the issue may related these changes.

In addition, can you share some detail content of your issue? (e.g. database type, connect mode, refresh history, local log,...) It is hard to reproduce your issue from your description.

I turns out that my data size has exceeded 1G.  We trimmed it back and it is now working.

The error message however is not helpful though.
