Hello,
I am struggling with 42 columns in power bi report builder. I have to create a paginated report with 42 columns and I could only execute 14-15 columns and if I try to add more columns it throws an error of time out. Please guide me on this.
Thanks and Regards,
Amisha
Hi @Amisha
I have never tried it and it appears that there might be a limitation due to the data returned for all the columns. I would make sure that the columns do not contain a lot of data such as text columns?
Hi @Amisha
Why would you need so many columns you could not see that on a page.
Is this being used to export data?
If so I would look at an altenative to export the data if this is the case.
Thank you @GilbertQ for your response.
Yes,I need to export the data. It would be helpful if you could give some hints on exporting whole data from power bi report builder.
Is there any way to show all the column in the report?
Thanks and Regards,
Amisha
is there any limitation in number of columns being pulled in paginated reports, and anyb constraints in exporting them to excel?
