Report Tabs View Changed

We have been publishing reports on SharePoint for 3 years. Suddenly, one report view changed so that the report tabs, normally at the bottom of the report, are now on the side of the report with a ribbon at the top showing File Export Share Get Insights. What caused this change? How can I make the report look like our other reports?
