Refresh of a report is not possible in PBI service

When I try to update the report in the PBI service (manually & automatically) I get the following error message:

The report can be refreshed as normal in PBI Desktop. The strange behavior here is that I have built a report with 1:1 the same data sources and gateways but in this case the refresh of the report in the PBI Service works fine.

Hi @Astn21 

It looks like your Gateway is not configurd correctly.
