Refresh fails on online service but works in desktop

Hi,

I have this problem and I can't solve it.

the refresh failed every time after 663-669 seconds and I didn't limit the time:

Everything works flawlessly in the desktop but in service, it works 2 of 8 refreshes

The error message is an absolute abomination and doesn't help at all.
