Hi,
Here is the email I receive with each error when updating my data :
Refresh failed:
Statistiques - Transports 2020 has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
The 'Besoin et type _x000D_d'accompagnement_x000D_s'il y a lieu' column does not exist in the rowset.
Next refresh for Statistiques - Transports 2020 is scheduled for March 23, 2021 4:00 UTC.
The problem is that I no longer have any trace of this column : "Besoin et type _x000D_d'accompagnement_x000D_s'il y a lieu". How to eliminate this error for good?
I can update from PowerBi Desktop yet without error
Thanks

Hi @king76,
You can do troubleshooting as:
1 - Open the report(s) in PBI Desktop and clear the cache (file...options and settings... options)
2 - Open PBI Online and remove the associated dataset(s). Note - you'll need to remove the reports from any content packs before you can remove the reports and data from the online service. Also you might want to make a note of the (failed) refresh schedule you had before doing this so you can recreate it exactly.
3 - Hop back to PBI Desktop and publish the report from PBI Desktop to Online
4 - Hop back to PBI Online and set the refresh schedule back up
