Refresh failed - Status code 400

Hi, 

The refresh is not working for a newly pushlished report. I only get option 3 options for authernticating unlike the desktop version that give me the option to usee my org acct as seen in the first capture, but asfter publishing I only get 3 options as seen in the second capture. I need help to get this resolved asap please. Thanks

What is the data source type you used in report? What is the detailed error message?

It is web source, my company's sharepoint url, but I am missing the Oauth. This is the error I get using Basic as it is the only otpion I am being provided to enter username and password. I need to get Oauth otpion.
