Refresh dataset button from Power Automate not working on desktop and service

Hello people,

I am trying to set up a refresh button for users to access on my dashboard. But, however I configure the refresh is not happening nor the last update date is updating either on desktop version or when published to service. I have attached the pbix and related files. Please help me on why it is happening and what needs to be done.
