I have created a report and then published it to a workspace. Many users have access to this workspace.
I want to know who ( users) can refresh the dataset ? Is there a way to define a specefic users to update the dataset ?

If they only have Read access to the dataset they should not be able to refresh.

Yes, i just made some tests. If you attribute a viewer role to a user, he won't be ale to update the dataset.
I have Power Bi Pro Licence and created the Dashboard, eralier I used the publish without any issues.
But, since last friday am getting this error also when I publish from BI desktop images and Icons are not reflecting.
Need a help on this, this is realy a high lelev dashabod.
