Refresh Problem

Hi,

We are display the PowerBi on our deshboard with a chrome / IE browsers.
There is a problem with the service that refresh the data to the website, it doesn't refresh automatically even that we have the On-premises data gateway.
We downloaded an auto-plugin that automatically refreshe the browser, but when it those it takes out the full-view mode.
Please note that we use direct query mode and the history logs seems fine.

We are currently refreshing manually to see the updated data.

Please assist how can we refrsh the data Real-Time?

Hi there

The dashboard tiles will always auto refresh, whilst the report items will have to have the entire page reloaded in order for them to be refreshed. You can use Revolver plug-in from Google Chrome which should reload the page each time.

As far as I understand this is by design to ensure that the report can load really fast from the cache.
