Refresh Every 5-10 minutes with Power BI Pro license

Hello Team,

I got a requirement to schedule refresh a dataset for every 5-10 minutes with Power BI Pro license.

Could you please suggest me the right path to achieve this.

If you are using on premise data gateway then you can only schedule refreshes every 30 minutes or by direct query the data will be live however the data will be cache up to every 15 minutes. These details are in the link above.

I would just like to clarify that if you have a Power BI Pro License you can only complete the scheduled refresh 8 times a day.

If you have Power BI Premium that extends up to 48 times a day.

If you use DirectQuery that is a live query running, so that is based on your source system. But the dashboard tiles can be refreshed as soon as every 15 minutes.

The only other option is real-time datasets.
